Shipping policy

Every Spa Mama Maui order is packed and posted by hand from Maui, Hawaii.

Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

United States
Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.
Once posted, US delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. Parcels travelling from Hawaii to the mainland can take a little longer than mail sent within the continental US, so we would rather over-estimate than leave you wondering.

International
We currently ship within the United States only and are not able to accept international orders at this time.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your parcel has not moved for a while, or has not arrived within the estimated window, email us at spamamamaui@gmail.com and we will chase it with the carrier.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If something is wrong, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before the parcel leaves.
